<P> Machanaim produces and publishes Russian-language books on various aspects of Jewish practice Jewish philosophy, and Torah. For example, Machanaim has now produced and published a series of eight books on all the Jewish holidays. These books are very popular among olim, and are also sent to the former USSR. <P>Machanaim has also published a book of Torah stories for children, which has been reprinted several times and is in great demand both in Israel and in the former USSR. Moreover, Machanaim has published both a siddur and a High Holidays machzor with Russian translation, commentary and explanations, specially designed for beginners. Other published books include a guide to Shabbat observance, a collection of articles by the late Rabbi Soloveitchik, , a guide to Jewish burial and mourning laws, and a book on Judaism's approach to Christianity.
